The lens worked and fit the phone as advertised. USPS wouldn't deliver to our address for some reason and the shipper quickly took care of the problem by shipping to an alternate address. Good customer service.

This was a lifesaver to be able to find one of these so inexpensively. Everything was great except that the sticky stuff did not come with it. I emailed back and they are sending it right out to me. Great to work with.

The product was delivered fast. It is exactly what was needed for my Blackberry phone. I just wish the seller would have added that I would need a special tool to replace my screen, but hey not everyone is perfect right?? =) great seller, will def. do business with them again!

This fixed my cracked Berry perfectly. It came with a full perforated cut to fit piece of 3M double stick tape not the little piece in the photo. Just be very careful when using the tape. You could easily mess it up. Just be patient and watch a couple YouTube tutorials. I would ignore the guy that uses superglue instead of tape. It didn't come with a pry tool like the replacement track ball did but you could probably find something around the house. First I warmed up the old lens with a blow dryer. Then I got a utility knife blade to carefully get the lens up enough to get my finger nail under it. Next I got the pry tool under there and ran it around the lens. Pull the backing off the tape but be sure to keep the backing on that is in the screen area. Be sure to have a can of air duster. I was very careful but saw a couple little specks of dust on the LCD screen.
